Industry watchdog Motor Codes is set to open a contest to find which of its members is the ‘Garage of the Year’. Open to all Code subscribers, the competition will be a month-long campaign running from 27th of May to the 22nd of June. Customers will be encouraged to leave feedback via an online form

Sovereign’s new service to reduce rejected warranty claims
Sovereign Rotating Machines has launched an innovative way for factors and garages to check warranty claims.
The remanufacturing specialists has set up a method where a factor takes three photos of the starter or alternator via a smartphone or tablet, and then send them with a brief description to Sovereign’s technical team, they will be able to assess by a team of experts
