BREAKING: ASAP MOTOR FACTORS GOES INTO ADMINISTRATION

ASAP Motor Factors has been put into administration. All branches are currently closed.

The chain was formed when the Competition and Markets Authority ruled that a certain number of Andrew Page sites had to be sold to allow the ECP take over to go ahead in September 2018.

ASAP had nine former Page locations throughout the UK, including Wakefield, York, Sunderland, Scunthorpe, Hove, Gloucester, Liphook, Heathrow and Gatwick, and ran a fleet of  70 vehicles.

CAT understands that the administrator is currently in talks with prospective buyers for the branches.

  1. Not surprised. Feel sorry for the staff. They were a bit of a strange outfit with rumours of ex ECP directors backing.
    Hope some of the branches get picked up.
