BOSAL MOVES TO REASSURE CUSTOMERS OF CONTINUITY

Bosal Group has moved to reassure its customers following the administration of Bosal aftermarket products. The group says a new company, named Bosal Automotive and Industrial Components Ltd will look after the needs of both current customers and future prospects.

BAIC will be based in Preston, the same as Bosal aftermarket and will act as a UK sales and marketing company.

Bosal Group CEO Aad Goudriaan said: “We are committed to ensuring full continuity of supply for our existing customers and to seeking out and winning new customers for our outstanding product ranges. The formation of BAIC will enable us to achieve that goal with a UK-based and experienced team.”

Administrators Duff & Phelps Ltd. were forced to close Bosal's manufacturing plant in the UK with the loss of 116 jobs. At the time of its going into administration Bosal had debts of more than £20m.
