Zero Clips is celebrating a successful management buy-out by its employees.

As a result of the buyout four of the staff have now become Directors in the company. John and Lynn Lymer, Kvieta Dixon and Imran Munawar have all worked at the company for several years.

The group say they embarked on the buyout when they heard the original owners of the business had decided to retire and planned to sell the company.

The clips manufacturer and distributor has seen strong growth in recent years, moving to a new premises in Birmingham in 2008.

Although the group would not disclose the price paid for the company, they agree that the future looks bright for Zero Clips. The sale was completed back in September, but the group has only now chosen to shout about its future.

In a statement the new owners said: “It's early days, but we want to increase sales and create new jobs for the Birmingham area, which will secure a bright future for us all.”
