Rotating electrics specialist WAI Global has purchased Pos Service Holland (PSH) for an undisclosed sum.
PSH is the owner of Wood Auto, a distributor of starters and alternators that is based in Huddersfield.
"This acquisition not only strengthens our position in Europe but also enhances our global footprint," said Ryan Moul, CEO of WAI Global. "With this deal, we solidify our standing as one of the largest global suppliers of new rotating electrical parts, allowing us to bring even greater value to our customers worldwide."
