WAI has completed the relocation of its UK operations from Bognor Regis to a new, larger facility in Huddersfield.
The firm said this marks a key step in the company’s long-term growth and integration strategy following its acquisition of PSH last year.
The new Huddersfield site significantly expands WAI’s storage capacity and logistics capability, allowing the brand to hold more stock and offer later order cut-offs.
Richard Welland, WAI Global chief commercial officer, said: “Our move to Huddersfield represents much more than a change of location, it’s a strategic investment in our customers. The new facility provides us with the space, technology and operational efficiency to meet growing demand, strengthen our distribution capabilities and deliver an even higher level of service to the market.”
The upgraded facility includes expanded warehousing, improved logistics and enhanced communication systems to streamline order processing and dispatch.
This move is part of WAI’s wider global integration and growth strategy. Welland added: “We’re positioning WAI for the future. Our investment in Huddersfield reflects our commitment to the UK market and beyond and supports our ambition to continue setting the standard for quality, availability and customer experience.”
