IAAF launching first summer conference in over 20 years

The Independent Automotive Aftermarket Federation (IAAF) is launching its first Summer Conference in more than 20 years, with the key aim of addressing issues around skills, training and recruitment in the automotive aftermarket.

Mark Field, IAAF chief executive, said key topics will be raised: “All aftermarket businesses face a common challenge in recruiting and developing people – the IAAF summer conference will offer key insights and advice on how we can change the dynamic and ensure people remain the driving force behind any business.”

The conference takes place at the Belfry Hotel & Resort, Sutton Coldfield, on 12 June.

It will be headlined by award-winning CEO Hamish Taylor, who will speak about the biggest challenges the industry is facing, such as how to ensure employee engagement with the change journey.

The conference will also feature an exclusive panel interview with NAPA Racing UK’s championship drivers Ash Sutton and Dan Rowbottom.

Tickets are now available.
