Hella Gutmann has extended its advanced driver assistance system (ADAS) calibration range to cover the UK's best-selling van, the Ford Transit Custom.
It means independent workshops will now be able to calibrate the van's front camera, helping businesses to get their Transit Customs back on the road more quickly – a crucial factor in running big fleet.
Recalibration is required whenever the camera is disturbed, such as when fitting a new windscreen, or when the van's geometry is adjusted, for example when performing suspension repairs.
"ADAS calibration is now a routine part of every-day workshop life, whether in a bodyshop or a general servicing garage," said Julian Goulding, head of garage equipment for Hella Gutmann.
