Halfords has opened its 50th new-look garage, which it says is designed to make car care faster, easier and more convenient.
The upgraded site is located in Chorley and is part of a new concept being rolled out across the country. It rapidly speeds up the firm’s ability to solve car-related queries, says Halford.
This is through improved availability, modernised facilities, and a significant worker training – including the introduction of dedicated customer and workshop managers. This will lead to quicker appointments, clearer advice, and a smoother garage experience, it claims.
Adam Pay, managing director of garages at Halfords, said: “We’re proud to be bringing our 50th upgraded garage to Chorley – this milestone reflects our ambition to transform the car care experience across the UK. These new-look sites are about delivering speed, convenience, and reassurance for customers, backed by a brilliant team of experts and a refreshed environment that puts service first.”
The new store from one of the UK’s leading provider of motoring and cycling products and services is located at Castle St, Lyons Lane, Chorley.
