GKN, TATA TO OPEN SOFTWARE ENGINEERING CENTRE

GKN Automotive has struck a deal with Tata Technologies to set up an e-mobility software engineering centre in India.

The new centre, based in Bengaluru, will use Tata Technology’s expertise in electric and embedded systems and its ability to attract India’s software engineering talent. A widespread recruitment drive has now started to attract developers to join the project to design the technology behind the next generation of electrified vehicle technology Once established and fully operational it will become a dedicated GKN Automotive facility.
