ELTA Automotive has acquired Cooling Components Limited (CCL), the specialist behind the Serck Automotive brand of parts.
ELTA said CCL's day-to-day operations will be "unchanged", as the company was already in "excellent shape" before the acquisition.
To that end, Paul Baggott will remain the director of CCL. He said: "This acquisition marks a key moment in the next phase of the Serck Automotive brand. Cooling Components has built a strong respected business, but to take Serck Automotive to the next level required significant new investment and additional resources. Joining the ELTA group gives us exactly that."
