BM Catalysts will put QR codes on its products to provide quicker access to key technical information.
It will put two QR codes on each product: one providing quicker access to part specifications, instructions and advice; and another linked to its reward points scheme.
BM said that the initiative is intended to improve customer engagemnet and satisfaction.
